Lots of things to do with a basketball court, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, TV and game rooms, outdoor grill and patio area, and an orchard and garden area.  We are close to the lovely coasts of Malibu and Ventura, and only an hour away from bustling downtown LA. We regularly go to the movies and other outings every so often including Six Flags, Knotts Berry Farm, and paintballing. 

Gym equipment includes a treadmill, boxing area and various weights to support healthy exercise. Regular trips to a gym with membership included is also available. Relax in our jacuzzi overlooking the mountains. 

Modern laundry facilities with space to iron and fold.

Personal food storage spaces and a full gourmet kitchen to cook in.

High-speed wi-fi is available to all residents.

Transportation is provided to various meetings and in-person programs.

Staff is onsite at all times to provide support and safety.
